Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia only.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.
📬 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and service selected:

Please note that delivery delays caused by Australia Post, weather, or peak periods are outside of our control.
📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer and are unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
📦 Tracking, Lost & Stolen Packages
All orders include tracking.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing after being marked as delivered, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly.
